Player plays a volley pass with their right foot then hops over the hurdles on their left foot. Once completed with the hurdles, they play another volley pass with their right foot.
Quick feet through the ladders, volley pass with the left, and hop over the hurdles on your right foot then play another volley pass.
Quick forward and backwards shuffles through the cone to a volley pass. After that pass, hop over the hurdles where you'll be put through on goal for a finish. Take a good touch & shoot on your second.
