Happy #nationalgolfday!! What does golf mean to you? •
For me #golf has been my escape from the stresses of life. It forces me to relax and focus on the shot at hand. I have experienced first hand that golf can positively impact mental health, provide a goal to work towards and force you to learn how to positively handle your reactions to things thrown at you outside of your control. As in life, in golf you have to brush off the bad shots, play it as it lies, stay positive about the future and keep grinding away!
