Probably my favorite cable superset face pulls super-set with cable rows. The face pull might be one of the most underrated exercises mainly due to lack of knowledge. 🏋
Many people get stuck in the "chest day bro" mindset. Having a strong chest is fine but it will get you no where without a strong back, but more important postural and shoulder strength.

The amount of activities done in front of us such as driving, typing, reading, eating, etc. paired with a heavy push emphasis in the gym can cause many negative effects. Rounded shoulders and forward head are common but the worst is an unstable glenorohumeral joint (shoulder joint). ×

The shoulder joint translates anteriorly overtime and causes shoulder pain and weakness. The shoulder needs to maintain a neutral position to ensure health and longevity. Face pulls help combat our forward shoulder lifestyle and not to mention build great upper back and posterior shoulder aesthetics.

This morning was back day and high volume deads. 315# For 8 sets of 3.This was my last set so I had to go for 4 reps because last set best set. >Disclaimer I have a leg length discrepancy and forgot to put my heel lift in hence the wood under my heel. The rest of the workout consisted of:
- DB rows 4x8 50#
-Face pulls 3x15 @ 60#, 70#, 80#
- Lat pull downs 4x10 100,115,125,135#
-Inverted Rows 4x15
- Prone Incline barbell rows 3x8
90#, 115#, 130#
