I did it!!! I reached my first weight goal!! I’m under 200!! I havent been this weight in a long time! My daughter Karissa is 25, so I haven’t seen this number since before I got pregnant!! 🙌
Its amazing how much has changed since I started this journey with my awesome team!! Great support, encouragement, and lots of fun!! ☺️ The other day, Brian and I went clothes shopping and I was so excited to try on all these fun, hip clothes- we had a blast! 👗👠👚
Brian would hand me clothes and I would think they were too small but they fit!! Feels so good! ❤️ To recap all that’s changed in the last 8 months: I quit smoking, gave up Mtn Dew, got off all my diabetes medicine, got a job, went to Indy with my team by myself, became very active, get out of bed in the morning instead of sleeping all day, stopped eating fast food, started eating veggies (and I actually like them!), started drinking 1/2 my body weight of water, lost 36 lbs and so much more! I’m so glad I said yes!
I feel so great and I just want everyone to feel this way too! I’m looking for at least 3 ladies that want to join me - not to be perfect, but to slowly work on making small healthy changes with me and our group. If you can relate to anything I said and would like to live life to the fullest with me- I want to talk and share this with you. Just comment “me” and I’ll tell you what I’ve been doing.
