Forever trying to be a mature and responsible adult who respects her RPEs. So deloading has started... Did some light low-bars, followed by 2x6 w/ 180kg for high-bars. These felt pretty nice, but could have been a bit tidier. But having room to improve need not be a reason to despair. Were that the case, our lives would be shrouded in despair.

This morning I decided to try hook grip and it actually felt decent.
Although it's not a lot of weight I could position my upper back much better.
Maybe it's something to play with.

I think I broke the record for sweatiest living being today. On a good note, 335@8 is insane. Also 305 for triples@7 is insane. 406x3@7.5 for squat, not so great but fatigue is real.

Not bad today. Back felt a bit weird but we hit 3s at 320. Was a little more cautious as sets went on but they still looked decent. Only 40lbs off my training max so I'll take it. 2nd set and last set shown here. Overall, sloppy execution on bench day. Rib on my left side feeling sore from belted squats yesterday, back feeling crampy, and didn't eat as much before the gym as normal. Bunch of excuses, but I didn't feel like I got into position as I normally do and the descent just felt awkward. 1xBW bench today though. Bodyweight is 199.5.
