Never been about the pretty boys and girls of the fitness industry glamorizing workouts. This shit hurts, it’s not supposed to be “pretty” or “cool”. The work is ugly, but it’s to create a physique that is beautiful but the process is FAR from beautiful.
Been gradually increasing the intensity of my leg workouts in the last few week to prepare for this @kaigreene leg program. About to start hitting legs 3x a week.
