Never been about the pretty boys and girls of the fitness industry glamorizing workouts. This shit hurts, it’s not supposed to be “pretty” or “cool”. The work is ugly, but it’s to create a physique that is beautiful but the process is FAR from beautiful.
Been gradually increasing the intensity of my leg workouts in the last few week to prepare for this @kaigreene leg program. About to start hitting legs 3x a week.

Multiple dollar menu meals the day before payday is pretty typical the days consumption included 3 Mcchickens with no mayo, 20 egg white, a Boston creme donut and a cinnamon raisin bagel plus these three triple melt burritos (newest taco bell 1$ promo) about 1000 more call for the day and I think all if it at home is Greek yogurt but I think there is like 5 or 6 of them so I should be ok lol #iifym #teamtooripped #broke #butitsok #bodybuilder #coach #personaltrainer #flexibledieter

When I was a boy I admired @milossarcev physique when I was a teen I read an article in @flex_magazine about how he was training some if the best "new comers" in the ifbb the late Luke Wood, @hideyamagishi @dennisbigbadwolf @silsam1 intrigued but turned off that it wasn't "heavy training" I still remember thinking it was pretty cool.....fast forward 15 years and Milos is still at it! You can find training clips on his #Instagram as an adult, a championship bodybuilder and experienced trainer this style makes so much sense to me so I have been practicing my own versions with trisets till my body and knowledge builds on #giantsets......today chest day -7 progressive heavy sets on Nautilus chest press with neutral grip -Triset one (inner and outer pec)

KILLER back work with my boy Jason (@jayanthony1300) last night. Really digging the dual gym memberships right now. Whenever I wanna get some work in with some good friends from home (or I need a tan lol) I hit up Retro but when I’m training solo/on a weak body part I hit Sparta. Also nice to change things up as always. Dumbbells were 140lbs and the barbell rows were a drop set (AMRAP to 5 slow and controlled with a tight squeeze and repeated twice in the set) #TeamTooRipped
