Late post from yesterday's #thisislegday Had to bounce back strong since my normal Sunday Funday Heavy Legday was straight trash this past weekend. So the prescription was moderate heavy weight for reps! My new front squats PR dictates that I should able to get 275x8. I was actually surprised that I was able to dig deep and rep that out. Afterwards, I switched to deads... repped 225x12, 315x10, 405x3x2 and finished with 405x5 cause your last set has to be your best set. Also because even though I was fatiqued, I felt like I was halfassing on these deads. LOL.
