I just want to remind all the ladies out there working hard on their journey that it doesn't happen overnight and one off day won't undo all the work.. it's the long term consistently and the choices you make the rest of the time that add up. We show up everyday for ourselves, our clients & our teams. It's rewarding work that don't quit but I call the shots and decide what my hours are. It's how I've done this while working another full time job, while being a mom, going through a wedding & divorce and countless other life experiences over the past 3 years. I'm proud and grateful to now be making close to 3K a month doing it. People didn't take me seriously at first haha and it's ok because I'm proving them all wrong. When I was a new coach I'd only lost 7 lbs of the 30 total I've lost. I was still figuring it out ( still am) but the accountability of helping others KEPT ME GOING! ME & Beachbody do NOT guarantee any level of success or income from this opportunity. Each Coach's income depends on his or her own efforts, diligence, and skill. I've always worked my freakin ass off in everything I've ever done & it feels GOOD knowing I'm actually changing lives. So. What the actual f*%ck are you waiting for? Haha. I love this place. I love my home workouts but this place is special. I sumo deadlifted 155lbs today while @tylerxwelch and @mothertruckingkathryn & her kiddo partied behind me☺️

I enjoy working out every day. Was I always this way? HELL NO. There's so many excuses for not wanting to work out. I'm a human being so I experience all those reasons too. But the reasons I DO exercise and challenge myself are so important for my well being. I'm actually a super self destructive person. Left to my own thoughts, I will hurt myself & put myself down. For years I drowned the deafening noise with alcohol, food, distractions, bad relationships, drama - self created and not. Some might argue I've just found a new addiction but thank god I did. I have so much more clarity and hope then I ever have before. The human body is an incredible thing. Our thoughts and hormones can send us into a downward spiral. It can be hard to see the hope & light. When you allow yourself a chance to be pushed, sweat and grow & feel fully without vices you can start to climb out of it. Good endorphins are real. If you struggle like I did for years, just don't give up before you feel it. Get a coach or mentor or accountability group. You don't have to do it alone.

I read this on @btitzmcgee 😍 post today and although I've heard it before it really hit me this morning. What you see is what you get. I've found the more real and scary I get & the more I share that side with the world i.e. IG & Facebook πŸ‘€ the more I connect with rad people. You can argue that social media is fucked and fake and lame but i disagree. I'm able to use it as tool to connect on real issues that are important to me & make real life relationships that bring me joy. How else am I gonna find the warrior bad ass bitches out there who are ready to make changes?! Anyways .. thanks for loving me. I feel it. I feel it in your DM's & comments. 37 years of weight fluctuations, a pregnancy & c-section, gallbladder removal and the ups and downs of life got me here. The heartbreaks, the lemons and the disappointments were all pushing me closer and closer to the woman I'm meant to be. I changed my profile to say loving women is my job. All these years I craved love from anyone who would give it to me and now I see I'm just supposed to love others. Love my son and love women & remind them they're beautiful & capable & worth it. Self-care is more then abs or Instagram likes. I just hope you see & feel my real message. Looking for ladies to share this agenda with me, because it's so important.

Just started my Monday right with some updates from challengers sharing their awesome results!! Love waking up to this shit! After I drank this all natural preworkout, I crushed it at the gym! See my story for some sweet back squats at 70% of my max ( 115lbs x5 for 4 sets) I've got a jam packed day at the salon and then it's day 15 // week 3 of Shift Shop after work! πŸ˜… No excuses because I gotta show up for my girls! I've been almost πŸ’―% gluten free these past 2 weeks and I'm feeling good feeling great ( but ...bread I'll be back for youuuuuuu)

Real talk. I try to stick to programs I've committed to and I did my ab workout (12 mins) but when it came to the cardio workout I was just NOT feeling it. I thought about quitting. Excuses filled my mind. Then I remembered this is my journey and I have choices. 700 of them actually. All on my TV. Progress is πŸ›‘ NOT πŸ›‘ linear. Change happens slowly, over time; with consistency, dedication, and hard work. There are ups and downs with everything in life, but you have to DIG DEEP, and TRUST and BELIEVE in the process! Having my hair done and pretending to be a client ( while I did coaching work #multitasker ) reminded me how important self care is inside & OUT.
