Workout Wednesday ..... coz push press doesn’t really relate to hump day 😂🍑😬 this is where I’m regretting not getting better footage of my deadlifts!!
Today’s workout was just a little bit of what I fancied!! Deadlifts to start, need to work on my form and go lighter but the lighter plates were teeeny tiiiiny and my improvised steps were NOT working. Moved on too some leg extensions supersetted with lying hammy curls. Finished off with push press and bent over t-bar rows 💪🏻 simples!
