No, this does not stunt their growth. There is no conclusive research that shows that weightlifting can stunt growth. In reality, it helps promote human growth hormone. In the six months that Michael and Matthew have been participating in the @crossfitsoul Youth program, they have not only grown, but have become stronger in many different ways. This program also implements gymnastics as well as cardio intense workouts. They have become stronger on the soccer field, and have grown an appreciation for overall nutrition and physical fitness.
