The time has arrived where we have been blessed with the mth of Ramadhan (allhumdulillah) and as you all know I always train during this mth.
Last yr I went from 80-71kg and this morning I am currently at 73.5kg. Keeping my nutrition squeaky clean whilst aiming to pack on lean muscle mass gradually trying to increase my weight and also hitting the gym hard as anything. I was hoping to weigh more but it didn't happen.. It's been 8yrs since I was in 60+kg zone which then I was shredded. Don't mind if I do revisit that zone and build up upon it again on a leaner scale.
