🏃🏻♀️Chicago to Madison - 200(ish) miles completed!!! This is probably one of the most challenging things I’ve been a part of. And it taught me a few things... 1. Sometimes necessities aren’t necessary. Beds, toilets, sleep, and even cell reception for example... 2. I’d rather be cold and hot.
3. Everything is better with friends!! Specifically, multiple mile middle of the night races and freezing cheer sections.
4. Wind is cold.
5. Warm food is comforting.
6. Sometimes all you need is a good window marker and some creativity for a laugh.
7. Personalities change due to lack of sleep - some for the better, some for the worse. 😜
8. We are capable of doing hard things!! Commit and figure it out as you go.
I think I’d even do it again... 🤔😆#ragnarchicago2018 #chafingthedream #challengeaccepted
