Yes, it is technically “off season” since I am not currently dieting for an upcoming show... but that doesn’t mean that any time is being taken off.
The off season is equally as important as your competition prep itself. You still have to give 110% to each training session, you still have to eat in term of your goals, and you still have to make sure you’re taking every necessary step to prepare yourself for your next season.
The next few months of my “off season” will be structured under the guidance of my coach to ensure that there is not a single missed step for the stage in 2019🏆
