Sarah Kerhoat came to me last year with a few niggles, back pain, work stuff etc.
This amazing women has a crazy life even more so by trying to help as many people as she could and not actually taking time to help herself!
A year down the line and she has achieved so many things!! She couldn't run for 2 minutes when she first started training with me, however we set a goal for her to run in her first 10km race.... She has been training hard for this for the past 12 weeks... Running 3 times a week, boxing with Sam Littlechild to keep her cardio up and to change her training up, keeping it fun, and getting her gym sessions in with me as well when we aren't running!
She flew over to London on Friday and competed in the race yesterday... Not only did she complete the race... she bloody smashed it in 1 hour and 7 minutes!!! She has put time aside for herself, she has been on a journey learning all about her body and what best fuels her training.
We have laughed, we have cried and she has achieved her goal!
There are many other things I am proud of her for and she knows them, but seeing her change over the past year and being apart of that journey is why I love my job ❤
When you put your mind to something you CAN achieve it!

It's not just the fat loss and weight loss results we buzz off at physique, yes that's what most come in our doors aspire to achieve.
