It’s ok to overindulge once in a while! In fact, it would be weird and unhealthy if you didn’t!
With 365 days a year, you wont do any serious damage to your fitness level with a couple of bad meals every month.
Eat pretty clean most days, eat pizza once a month, have a drink or two every few weeks, and stop stressing so much!
Life is about moderation, not deprivation / There are times when you need to go hard and eat strict for 3 months, and then there are days that you eat the entire container of Ice Cream... But always come back to moderate, healthy, clean eating habits! And always use your training as a stress reliever that will make you move, feel and look better...Don’t use training as a punishment, do it because you love yourself!
