Mass to Cut pics.
This was my third, and hardest, cut. "They" say stress does crazy things to your body and "they" are right. In the first eight weeks, I lost just 2.2 lbs. After dealing with my stressful situation, I lost 4.4 lbs in the last 4 weeks.
For those, like me, who are interested in the nerdy/numbers side of mass to cut... I ended this cut up 1.75" from my total lowest/last cut maintenance measurements. HOWEVER, I held onto 1/2" on both biceps (1" total), 1/2" on my buttocks, 1/2" on both thighs (1" total), and 1/4" on my rib cage. (My abs now push my rib cage out.) I lost partial inches in a few other places. The most noticeable loss was a 1/2" loss on my abdomen.
I've included my end of cuts pic (side by sides of all three cuts). Pic #4. It's interesting to see subtle differences in each one. It was Summer at the end of my second cut so I'm a little less white. 😆 From left to right, 127.5 lbs, 127.5 lbs, 130.4 lbs. Even at a higher weight, I think my body comp is currently at it's best cut comp. It'll get better on maintenance.
Last pic just proves body comp changes continue on maintenance. They're the end of my last cut to the end of my last maintenance pics.
