📲 One question I get asked ALL the time: “Do you ever have days where you just don’t want to go to the gym?” •
📲 And of course my answer is always “YES.” We all have days where we lack the motivation to get in there and train. That’s a natural human response. Anybody you see out there, bodybuilder or not, have days where the last thing they wanna do is pick up weights. •
📲 The next question that almost always follows the first is “So how do you find the motivation to go? Or do you not go?” •
📲 My answer there is “Yeah, I go anyways.” But let me tell you why. It’s because I have an end goal in mind. A goal for my physique that I want to achieve no matter what. I’m self-driven and self-motivated to make it happen and I honestly love the process of weight training. The energy and endorphins released during the workout are therapeutic. And the pump, 💪😎💪 ALWAYS makes it worth it. I find that when I’m done with my workout and I’m leaving the gym, I always say to myself “I’m glad I went”. Never regret it. •
✅ Point is, we all struggle to find motivation from time to time. But if you set a goal for yourself, I’ve found that the act of pursuing said goal is what keeps you moving forward 👌💯.
