Consistency is key for growth, stick to basic exercises, control each rep, push to failure, get a few more reps and then do it all over again when your muscles have healed and recovered in a few days

I enjoyed a lot of food this past weekend so I'm back at it now starting off Monday with a Push Workout focusing on Chest and Shoulders. Vacation is coming ๐ŸŒด๐Ÿนa couple of simple things I'm doing to tighten up my Physique in the next few weeks are: - 25 minutes of light cardio walking/jogging before breakfast every morning - Limiting myself to about 180g of carbs per day - 30 minutes of High Intensity training at night

One of the most important things I've learned during my recent prep is to focus on the quality of the stretch and contraction/squeeze with every single rep, to make sure I'm getting the most out of the time I'm spending in the gym. Sometimes that means curling an empty bar to control the entire set and there's nothing wrong with that โ˜๏ธdon't waste your time in the gym
