Consistency is key for growth, stick to basic exercises, control each rep, push to failure, get a few more reps and then do it all over again when your muscles have healed and recovered in a few days

Vacation is coming 🌴🍹a couple of simple things I'm doing to tighten up my Physique in the next few weeks are: - 25 minutes of light cardio walking/jogging before breakfast every morning - Limiting myself to about 180g of carbs per day - 30 minutes of High Intensity training at night
