Tried a little wider stance today, positioned my feet more north to south (I have a bad habit of turning my toes out) and focused on using my legs more (cues I took away from the camp). Definitely feeling the after effects of yesterday’s @shakasandsnatches Hawaii State Championships today! Feeling under the weather but could not be more grateful and thankful to have competed next to some of the best of the best athletes in Hawaii! We all push and encourage each other to be better and represent this state going into the @crossfitgames Open coming up in February 2018! Placed 9th out of 27 amazing athletes I was very content with my performance but I do have my holes to fix and will come back even more prepared! Thankful for the support system I have, I love you all especially @k.styn519 and my @arkaioscrossfit Ohana! Onward we move forward and the better we become! Love each other and continue to make each other better❤️🤙🏽 My favorite out of the events yesterday:
6 Min to establish 3 Snatches for max load but only able to make 4 attempts, so if you miss 2 you only get total for 2 lifts! I missed my first at 225 but then hit my last 3 at: 225/230/235! @misfitathletics

When i can't get to a gym/ don't want to leave my apartment...I'm beyond blessed to have a @roguefitness barbell and bumper plates in house!
