I get a lot of questions: “Spencer, how do I make my meal Prep less boring but still healthy???” Well friends, here it is:
Step 1: Find a Formula 1 shake flavor you like. For me, they all taste like ice cream so I’m never picky. (That banana caramel tho 😍🍌) Step 2: Make a list of all the foods you love!
🌮🍕🥞🥙🍜🍔 Step 3: Identify what ingredients in those foods that you love often times make them “unhealthy.”
Too much fat?
Too much sugar?
Step 4: Find a substitute for those ingredients to make them “healthier!”
Cauliflower crust for pizza 🍕
Protein pancakes 🥞
Lean ground beef for burgers 🍔
Step 5: Enjoy the things you love with BALANCE.
I’m not saying you can’t eat ice cream. I’m saying maybe ice cream EVERY NIGHT maybe isn’t the best thing for you depending on what kind of results you’re looking for!
Just be aware of what you’re putting in your body and listen to it! It will ALWAYS tell you if it does or does not like what your putting into it for fuel!
