WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
Yes, January 1st is just a few days away which is when you will start to see everyone claiming "2017 is their year," and that "everything is going to change for them." Reality check: IT'S NOT.
Let me explain myself... If you're going to change and you GENUINELY want that for yourself, a certain day doesn't matter. It could be at 2am on a Tuesday night that you decide enough is enough. Fact of the matter is, January 1 is going to be just another Sunday. People will flock to gyms across the city to start their New Years resolutions and stats show that after 4 weeks, only about 50% of people stick with it. Why? Because they didn't want it. They had to justify waiting till January 1 to start doing something instead of TODAY. I'm asking you to do something for yourself: MAKE A "NOW" RESOLUTION. Decide TODAY to change something because you want it THAT BAD. Show yourself that it is so crucial that it can't wait another day.
As I look at this picture, it brings up those emotions. I got so sick of where I was at with my health and fitness. I got sick of looking in the mirror and being ashamed. I got sick of being the "fluffy" kid who thought it was funny to eat an entire Pizza Hut Dinner Box. So on a certain day in March, I made my "NOW" resolution and look where it got me. I was so laser-focused that I not only made my goal of losing 💯 lbs but CRUSHED it and lost 155 lbs.
Don't wait. Decide what you want. Understand WHY you want it. Go crush it.
