What's this. Week 3 of sumo - it is OK 🤞. Gonna give it a proper go this time. Looks far from perfect at the moment but I'm hoping it'll get there. Thank you @hdelacey for the tips.
Deadlift from floor 90×3 followed by block pulls 135×3. Used mix grip the block pulls but tried hook grip on the light weight!
Had to speed up all the setup time in my block pulls because it really was taking about 20 seconds each time, apparently spent just twiddling my thumb. After all that I STILL rush the first rep 😒😒 #feelingchunkyandilikeit #sumodeadlift
