Put in the work EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.
You cant expect to succeed if you only put in work on the days you feel like it. If you overcome the negative energy coming from your tired self or unmotivated mind, you will GROW and become BETTER🙌🏼 It might not be the best workout you’ve had, you might not push as much weight as you usually do when you feel good, but that doesn’t matter😓. Growth is a long term game not a short one, and the crappy days are what help you get closer to your goals. No matter how bad it is, you WILL make it. Your life has no limits, except the ones you mentally put in front of you. Push those aside, look forward and work on it EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.💪🏼
