My biggest challenge yet.
Dieting is very rewarding and motivating, I can understand why people get addicted to the shred.
I battle with myself most weeks thinking "I could be leaner" "I could have bigger muscles here" "I could be a lot stronger" but when does that stop?
We could always be a little bit better at things but sometimes we have to just accept that it's okay to just BE.
I'm not standing here showing you my tummy to say,
"Here look at me!"
I'm stood here saying,
"I'm just a young lady proud of my achievements and my desire for more but I'm happy to just take my time now and learn about me"
I'm not striving for perfection I'm just striving to better myself, mentally, physically and aesthetically, and to constantly educate myself to help my clients.
Over the weeks of maintaining my weight I've learnt a lot about myself, what works for me, how I can live the life I want to lead, socialising, exercising, hell I've even started to cook more!!
This is what living a healthy lifestyle consists of to me, living and being, not always having to have a 'goal'.
Sure I might want to have a goal again at some point, that's okay!
This shell of mine is mine and I am physically a reflection of how I chose to live my life...

When you hear yourself mentally punishing yourself you have to ask "what would I say to a friend, what advice would I give them?" And that is often your answer...
I'm not lucky I just take care of myself.
Maybe it's time to stop abusing with your "can't do's" "I'm not good enough's" into "I'm trying and I am able to..."
