Food Prep On Point...🥘
▪️Is it actually necessary? - For me yes 🙋🏽
▪️Does it automatically mean that I am going to be shredz eating out of plastic tubs - No 🙅🏽(well actually it could do 😂)
▪️Do you have to do food prep to be classed as healthy? - No
▪️Does it automatically mean I am a fitspo fitsporation because I prep my food? - I hope not 😂
👉🏼For me prepping my food just saves me time, I work the hours the most people don't which means my meal timings are a bit skewed. I eat 1 breakfast, 2 lunches, 1 dinner and a pudding (not shown).
👉🏼It means I don't have to faff around on myfitnesspal (not that I find it a faff) and my food shopping is a lot easier.
👉🏼I don't have kids just a hungry boyfriend so I repeat- for me prepping works, but just because you see this sort of thing on Social Media doesn't mean you have to make it work for you! Hell if I had time I'd cook/bake & teach myself to cook for one 😂!!
👉🏼Have a play around see what works for you! Prep or no prep, but if you're a busy 🐝 then maybe prepping is for you!? Who knows...🤷🏽♀️
