2nd week back with @jgotti38_ And @qualitynutrition_
We have much to work on but first 3 weeks after an event my workouts consist of more circuits and about 30 seconds rest between sets. One of the hardest things with athletes is matching that intensity leading up to a fight, so I challenge their cardio right away post fight but minimize the stress of weights!!
We began with about 20 minutes of total body calisthenics, followed by 15 yard runs for 10 sets combined with dynamic movements.
Then finished with circuits of upper body with lower utilizing different planes of movement.
