Some tempo presses from yesterday. 3secs down, 1sec pause, and press fast for 4x5. Great variation to make lighter weight hard which will leave you feeling better during your offseason. Looking for ways to make light weight hard on all lifts is a great way to keep your body healthy. Went into some DB AMRAP's with 80lbs for 25, 22, and 18.
