#tbt to Sunday brunch. Tofu scramble with greens and radishes, a veggie quinoa burger, and some avocado toast with sprouts. Eating plants doesn’t mean you can never go out again or eat tasteless salads. Enjoy your food and have fun with it!

So proud of this girl! A year ago she joined the Fairburn it Off Nutrition Plan, and through ups and downs, from not working out to staying active consistently, and from learning new meal prep tips and healthy recipes, she has made a huge change and is living her happy and healthy life! Not only does she look great, but more importantly, she FEELS better and more confident. Keep it up @lindsey__wood! You deserve to keep feeling this way, so remember that!

It’s that time of year where we start to set resolutions, but rather then setting a long list of resolutions, think of some goals that you have, and start to think of a plan to achieve them. We are outlining ways (now live on fairburnitoff.com) to set yourself up for success so that you feel great. .
.
Most importantly, just remember that your goal(s) and plan to achieve them is yours! It needs to be something you truly want for yourself, and not because someone else said so. That is what will help drive your determination. Happy New Year’s Eve!

Good morning! Do you need a new way to get some greens in the morning or just change up your breakfast? We’ve been loving this avocado toast. .

What we do:
Toast two slices Ezekiel bread, mash half of an avocado across the two slices, sprinkle with a little sea salt, pepper, and turmeric, and then top with a handful of chopped spinach and pea shoots. We also sometimes add a little salsa or pico de gallo on top! 🔥
