We've been so busy with cheer practice for her, football practice for her brother, me getting ready to go back to work this week-we haven't had a good solid run together in weeks! Today's run was exactly what we both needed!! I just love these moments I get to spend with her! She's starting 6th grade in a few days and I'm afraid she's not going to think it's cool to hang out with her mom much longer. ๐Ÿ˜ญ I'm enjoying every second while I can! #TBT to August 16 2015 @spartanrace Chicago 3rd place Master Podium. What a memorable feeling!!! I haven't been able to race Elite due to back to back shoulder injuries, but my goal is to get back at it, because even when Doctors tell us we shouldn't, we just can't give up! So, if you are injured... keep grinding every day, keep going hard at it and achieve what your goals are! This victory was dedicated to my dad who passed away two days prior to this race.๐Ÿ†
