I felt great in the first picture because I had already lost a good amount of weight and I feel great in the second picture!
This morning I ran 2 miles straight without stopping. When I started, I couldn’t run 30 seconds without dying (and I’m not exaggerating ask my sister in law). This lifestyle change has been great. I’m going to be focusing on running for the weeks ahead and get better time on the treadmill. I did the 2 miles, some weighted squats, and leg press and called it a day but it felt great. Tomorrow I’m going to shoot for 2 miles under 26 minutes.
