Haven’t spent any time with the foam roller in ages. Hurt so good.

Busy week but a great one. Didn’t get to the gym as much as I’d like but managed to wear jeans to work for a full day for the first time since my ab injury. Kept on track with my nightly meditation before bed which I find has me feeling very positive and calm about everything.

Some barbell work and then more work on my 5km training. Now I’m just rekt and need serious need of a nap.

Saturday run at the gym then some circuits. Abs are slowly feeling better, running and eating better is definitely helping.

At home workout tonight after the kids went down. Felt really hard and just about puked on more than one occasion. Post workout snack a My Cookie which is deeeeeeamn tasty!

Spring is definitely here. Heading in for a run and work out. Still on the road to recovery but feeling better but by bit.

#flexfriday for a nice full chest workout. Had plenty of time to get in loads and loads of reps. Marcos are feeling good and having a decent amount of energy even though I’m cutting.

What a gorgeous Friday afternoon. Leaves are changing and the sun is shining. Had a great quick workout now just time to hangout with the kiddos.

I’m baaaaaack!!!!!!! First day back in a little over 2 weeks. Cold and lung infection kicked my ass. Had a nice light cardio then tiny bit of arms and realized well shit it is Friday fam and we flex on Friday. #flexfriday #flex #bicep #pump

This morning I tried a cup of sunshine for the first time.
I haven’t been drinking caffeine for a good two weeks now so I’m trying to find alternatives.
This is a turmeric latte:
1 cup almond milk
2 tsp of turmeric
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
Froth for 1 minute

It’s an earthy tasting drink but I liked it.

Back to the #grind and got some chest and back in. Cold is finally leaving and allowing me to get back to it. Got some nice man #cleavage going on hahaha.

I felt great in the first picture because I had already lost a good amount of weight and I feel great in the second picture!
This morning I ran 2 miles straight without stopping. When I started, I couldn’t run 30 seconds without dying (and I’m not exaggerating ask my sister in law). This lifestyle change has been great. I’m going to be focusing on running for the weeks ahead and get better time on the treadmill. I did the 2 miles, some weighted squats, and leg press and called it a day but it felt great. Tomorrow I’m going to shoot for 2 miles under 26 minutes.
