I used to think to be in shape I had to give up all the foods I enjoy. I used to actually think I had to give up carbs. 😂
Do you realize you can still eat the foods you enjoy and be healthy too? No really not a joke. I have never completely given up the foods I love and I never will. I just had to educate myself on clean eating and portion control. .
This is all about balance not deprivation. Some days you eat chicken and some days you eat cupcakes. Why do you feel so much guilt when you eat one cookie? You can eat several cookies and still be healthy.
