@chef_lifts_ct natural teen bodybuilder 2 carb meals and about a gallon of fluids into his load. He woke up today at an adult lifetime lowest 216.4 lbs, having begun this journey at 410 (193.6 total pounds lost since he began training, yes). I’m just kidding about him being a teen, he’s really almost a Master’s but he shaved today and I can’t stop laughing.
One-year of working with @sarah_fitfigure. In this time she has taken a first place win in Women’s Physique at the 2017 @bevsgym Garden State Championships, followed by an off-season where she has added roughly 15 pounds of lean mass (keep in mind that is close to 15% of her bodyweight when her and I started working together). Best part is she still looks like a female 😉. She’s now just over 14 weeks out from NPC Universe which she will be absolutely shredded for with a much-improved balance to her physique from 2017. #Repost@sarah_fitfigure ・・・ #throwbackthursday to one year ago today on the left. My coach @antabolic put together a couple side by side pics of my 6 week transformation going into my last show. We fell just short of our goal but it did make for a pretty good transformation. Thx coach, we getting the next one. Time won’t be a factor now.
