Late workout but day 2/30 is done

To sit here and go through pics and see how much I've lost it's still a "I can't believe I did this". I have grown to love my self in a way that no one ever will. Going through a rough time was what lead me to gain the weight. From not caring about anything, eating just about everything I saw. Not because I was hungry but because it was a way to feel comfort. And it became a bad habit. A habit that I wanted to break away from. But I just didn't know where to even start. I tried just about everything to lose the weight. I did programs for a little while. I took weight loss pills nothing ever worked. I gave up on it, and most of all I gave up on myself thinking I was not able to do it. When I joined this program I knew it would be different. Because of the great support and motivation from other women like me I was able to stick to the program and lose weight. I am forever grateful for those women because I am the person I am today. And they continue to motivate me to keep pushing. And they have not given up in me yet. I feel amazing in my own skin!! I have put my self first every single day and that has helped me to get where I am. I may not be at my goal weight but everyday I am one step closer..💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
