Zutaten: - 500g Kartoffeln - 250ml fettarme Milch - 50g Salakis light - 1 Prise Muskatnuss - 1 Prise Kräutersalz
- 1 Knoblauchzehe
- Salz & Pfeffer
Zubereitung:
Kartoffeln schälen und in dünne Scheiben schneiden. Knoblauchzehe schälen und in kleine Würfel schneiden. Diese in die Auflaufform geben und die Kartoffeln dachziegelartig in die Form schichten. Das Kräutersalz, Salz & Pfeffer in die Milch geben und anschließend in der Form gleichmäßig verteilen. Den Käse darüber streuen. Für 50-60 min. bei 180 Grad goldbraun backen. Einen guten Appetit ❤

- 1 Ei
- 15g Whey oder Mehl - 25g Dinkelmehl - Süße, Backpulver und Beeren - Schuss Milch und Zimt --> alle Zutaten verrühren und einen Schuss Milch hinzufügen. Kleine Klekse auf ein Backpapier geben und mit Beeren und Zimt belegen.
Die Taler bei 180 Grad ca. 25 min. backen.

Day 5 no dairy. The no cheese has been relatively easy but man I do miss my half/half!! My bootcamp trainer recommended this @chameleoncoldbrew and I'm drinking it black right now. It's B1G1 at Publix right now so super score, but they were out of the mocha! Guessing that must be delicious so hoping they get more in before the sale is over! So far it's not too bad. Only about 10 pounds weight loss in between these pics but I feel so much better,healthier and stronger. I am down 38 pounds since march. I have another 20 something to go but I am happy to do this slow if it means doing it the healthy way. No pills, tricks or gimmicks. Just eating healthy and exercising regularly and splurging occasionally for sanity haha. It definitely has become a way of life this time. And it feels so much better 💕Quincy
