Matcha peach smoothie ingredients are 1 cup of almond milk, 1-2 tsp honey, 1 small or 1/2 large peach, and 1tsp Matcha. Heat milk in a saucepan just until boiling. Remove from heat and add matcha and honey. I brewed for 8 minutes. Add the peach and blend. I used a hand blender. Fill a glass halfway with ice and strain the the tea mix while filling the glass. Make tea and milk ahead of time if it's still too hot. Add peach and blend before serving. Mine was fine. It was so good! It is med-high caffeine because of the matcha. The carbs and calories depends upon you(what milk, sweetener, and amount). Your calories and carbs could potentially only be the milk and the peach. Super healthy! The peach taste was subtle. The almond milk and matcha married will. It has a hint of coffee to me, for some reason. Delicious!
