Sometimes I feel like I can barely get through without dying!
And then I have days like today where I feel like I totally KICKED THAT WORKOUTS ASS!! And I'm not even sure why, but these damn push kicks have been TERRIBLE for me to get down. Not because theyre hard, just because my brain couldnt graps them!
2nd round in and Im feeling more confident!
You'll have good days, bad days, worse days and GREAT days! Just dont give up and always push forward..... Your great days will become more and bad days much less <3
