I would suggest starting with a tennis ball if you've never rolled before but if you need more resistance, use a lacrosse ball. - - Having a ball in your bag or purse will allow you to get 5 minutes of rolling every hour to give your feet some relief. - - We stand on our feet a lot and it's important to maintain healthy elasticity in the foot. Consider this a de loading exercise since we load up our feet all day.
So today I had to complete the heartbreaking task of telling my students that I will be leaving school at the end of this term 💔. After some over dramatic cries and a hundred questions, I finally got to share with them the exciting reason why so it's only right I share it with you all now too 😮! @indyhothi_ and I have decided to take a year out of work and we will be travelling all around the world together 🌍! Honeymooning, relaxing, touring, teaching, learning, charity work, writing and lots more! We can not wait 😍! For now I'm just trying to process all the big changes that are happening in these coming weeks. I'd be lying if I said I wasn't scared 😬, but remember nothing grows in comfort zones! But for all my students (who I know will be reading this!) I am going to miss you all dearly 😢

1. Lat focused pull ups: Do not lock out & engage your lats the whole time. 2. Use a loved one like I did. Bonus: if it's your Daughter you will reap better rewards. 3. 1 arm Dumbbell Row: I took my shirt off for a reason. Watch my Lats engage the WHOLE time. Slow tempo with a direct forcing on my whole body. Literally keeping legs/core/glutes/arms/back- Everything tight! 4. Close grip reversed seating Lat pull down. I'm in a scorpion pose that allows me to be in a hyper extension. Slowly contraction once again on my Lats. The weight doesn't mean nothing unless you can feel the stretch/squeeze.
