I finally got my copy of @mywellnessjournal! It arrived before I went to Hamburg last week, that's why I'm telling you about it now.
It is a journal in which you have daily planners to track your foods, moods, sleep, and exercise. There is also space for other things. My favorite thing is that you can unravel your emotions and write down your daily gratitude. There is space for tasks and reflections on every page, PLUS some really motivated quotes on top of the pages. What I do love as well are the pages at the back with some really nice guidelines for personal development and lots of pages about health.
