One of the white teas I recently added to my routine is a Pai Mu Tan laced with turmeric root.
Unless you are a big fan of turmeric, this is mainly an acquired taste.
But the health benefits are worth the gulp: it aids digestion, it helps prevent atherosclerosis and cancer, and reduces the risk of heart disease.
