I totally accepted a challenge ... 3000 meter row, 300 double unders, 3 mile run ... this is me #resting πŸ˜…. There was a time cap of 49 minutes. I didn’t make it, but I did complete it as fast as my body and mind could. I enjoy workouts like these. #challenge My final time was 56:06. I would definitely recommend practicing #doubleunders I’m ok at them - I’d be happy to do them a little faster 😜πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ€ͺ .

Coach had some fun up his sleeve for me...so why not deficit snatches! Still not up to par with my technique. My pull is too rushed, and my arch with the 2nd pull is crap. But....every days a new day to get better. At least I could do 95lbs. One of these days I'll get the big kid plates on!
