SPREAD THE WORD! December 2nd The Upstate Performance Project is hosting the first annual TOTAL ATHLETE CHALLENGE. This will be a combine style mix of strength and conditioning exercises to test strength and endurance skills! Some of the exercises will include: 1 Rep max squat, 1RM power clean,NFL combine style bench press (weight dependent on weight class), sled pushes, cone drill, vertical jump, broad jump, 20 meter sprint, and mile run. Details on cost and about the weight classes and age divisions will be posted soon, as well as video descriptions of each movement, and movement standard.
