Again doing my work-out pretty late tonight 😅, but I can’t seem to be leaving the office at the time I would like to, there is just too much to do with really short deadlines (we are launching a new product line online in a few days and my manager is on holidays 😬🙄😅). Pretty tough start to go back to work after my burn out 🤪
That’s why I am being careful about keeping a healthy lifestyle for both my mind and body outside of work, otherwise I would maybe not keep it together ☺️ ____
Ps: you don’t need to work out for hours to build strength and progress in your objectives - just a healthy nourishing diet and short but intense work-outs ~ 2 cardio work-outs and 3 strength work-outs per week, 30 minutes each (more if you want 🙌🏻).
