Shoulders yesterday, around a 500 rep session and some heavy pressing mixed in.
Rather than heavy dumbbell shrugs or barbell shrugs, I tend to opt for these on the T-Bar row to finish my shoulder workout. I get a much bigger range of movement, a better squeeze and can really lean into the last few reps.

Double scoop of @usnuk amino Stim and handful of L-lucine to start the session!. @usnuk creatine Anabolic for desert!

Flex Friday and a bit of video from my back and bicep workout tonight. Really starting to see the results of a year and a half of clean eating and scheduled/planned workouts. Tonight I decided to change up the back workout a little however and did pull downs with cables instead of the bar.
So the workout today
4 sets wide grip pull ups
4 sets unilateral cable pull downs
4 sets close grip pull downs
4 sets seated row close grip
4 sets wide grip t bar row (love this one!!) 4 sets dumbbell curls
4 sets preacher curls
3 sets hammer curls (ran out of steam and was getting hangry lol)

Tänä syksynä rakennetaan massaa ja voimaa! 💪😅 Soutuliikkeet ovat ehdottomasti parhaita selän kasvattajia raskaiden vetoliikkeiden ohella.

Pyrin kasvattamaan voimatasojani kokoajan, joten uskon ehdottomasti yli-isoilla painoilla tekemisen voimaan. "Cheat Row" tekee ihan järkyttävän venytyksen yläselälle, hauiksille ja epäkkäille.

Olen saanut onnistuneesti revittyä tällä tekniikalla puhtaaseen soutuun 30 kiloa lisää painoa. 90 kilolla pystyy jo tekemään liudan oppikirjapuhtaita toistoja.

Tässä hieman materiaalia keskiviikon ylävartalotreenistä. 💪 Innostuin editoimaan, ja tuli tehtyä vähän turhankin eeppinen treeniklippi! 😂 Tuli myös paljastettua mitä siellä mun kuulokkeissa soi treenin aikana!

Injured? Nah... 🤕
For real though I'm definitely still injured I really shouldn't be doing this but I'm too eager to get back, this workout wasn't too bad though I've realised as long as I don't train shoulders or chest it doesn't really aggravate it.

Started with pull ups then went onto these T Bar Rows, 4 sets of 12, I think this was my last set... then went on to do some wide grip lat pull down, single handed close grip lat pull down, seated row and finished up with straight arm pull downs on the cables.

Here I'm demonstrating another of my go to back workouts, the T BAR ROW.

As with any workout, FORM IS EVERYTHING! Doing quality reps with proper form is the key to muscle growth and reducing the chance of injury. Don't try to be a ego lifter and put on more weight than you can handle and do half reps!
.
For this movement, I keep my feet shoulder width apart, core tight, back straight and head neutral. Lift and contract your back so you're not just using your arms to get the weight up.
