Last set of six, a deload @ 125 lbs to really feel the squeeze across the back. Utilizing the 25s as opposed to the 45s in order to maximize that range of motion as to not short myself on the eccentric and concentric movements.
At this point, I'm about 2 months into my bulk and have gone up 12 lbs, in spite of all my running. All major lifts have gone up by at least 10lbs. Physically, I've never felt or looked better. But I'm not finished yet, still looking to put on at least 5 more lbs.
