1. Fixed lat pull downs 4x10/12 - my favorite variation of ALL lat pull downs. Sitting at this angle allows my squeeze to be much more epic 🔥

2. Lever row 4x8/10 - similar to a landmine T bar row, but I think this one’s more challenging since you’re resting your full body on the board, forcing you to pull with only your back.

3. Kneeling unilateral cable lat pulldowns (?) 4x12 - first time trying this and bitch. It ain’t the last 😩😂 ROM was sick af on this one. Lats RIP.

4. Cable pull overs 4x12 - staple for wrecking my lats. Not a back day without this one. Chest up, ass out 😉

5. Seated cable rows 4x15 - light weight, high rep cus I was smokkkked at this point! Slow and control + squeezeeeee 👌🏻

6. Pec flys/rear dealt machine 4x10/12 - I know this machine is for rear delts but when you squeeze your back at the end, the whole upper back is fully engaged I promise!

La realidad es que soy medio Nazi cuando se trata de las posturas de ejercicios (nadie sabe eso más que ellos 😇). Pero a veces uno tiene que darle lugar a su "ego" y usarlo a su beneficio. No, no hablo del "ego" que te lleva a hacer las cosas para llamar la atención ni para impresionar, sino el "ego" para retarte a ti mismo. El "ego" que te hace mirar la barra y decir "Mira puñ***, yo puedo más que tú. No importa si estoy cansado, no importa si me siento bien o me siento mal. Te levanto porque YO lo digo". Aunque es una línea bien finita, lograr ese "sweet spot" entre intensidad pero sin llegar a la imbecilidad es otra herramienta más que nos puede ayudar. Todo tiene su momento, todo tiene su lugar. Mañana volvemos a ser "Nazis", pero por este set, por este ratito, que se joooo. 😈😬

Second day back and just ensuring that I’m doing everything with the proper technique (doing 45kg on this exercise where I had previously been doing 60kg 2 months ago) before I’ll think about trying to push the weight up. Will take a few weeks to get back to strength!
