Shoulders yesterday, around a 500 rep session and some heavy pressing mixed in.
Rather than heavy dumbbell shrugs or barbell shrugs, I tend to opt for these on the T-Bar row to finish my shoulder workout. I get a much bigger range of movement, a better squeeze and can really lean into the last few reps.
