🙌🏼When I start discussing plans a goals with my new challenger, I always try to take myself back to how I felt when I was fist starting my fitness & nutrition journey after having a baby. 🤷🏼♀️Why? Because I know it's really hard to believe in something that has not yet happened. .
🙋🏼For me, I had baby weight to lose, loads of toning up to do, postpartum depression and anxiety to deal with, a human to raise, plus everything else a normal adult has to deal with on a daily basis... so looking down the road at my future self was not an easy task!!! 🤔It's was much easier to be sad and just survive each day as best I could. .
👉🏼👉🏼Fast forward, and this is exactly why I do what I do now... I know it's hard to believe that you will lose the weight, tone your tummy, wear shorts this summer, feel good about yourself... so I am here to help you believe in your future self! She's patiently waiting for you!
