Monday hustle was strong today.🙌🏼 Got up and went straight to work.💦💦💦 This week is the last week of our first Phase. It went by super quick this 2nd time around. Ready to switch things up but first finishing this week. 💪🏼💪🏼

Salad heaven ova here.🤩 Also gonna have a chocolate cherry protein bar to satisfy that sweet tooth craving.😋

Had an awesome glute day! Well and then my son woke up💁🏻‍♀️. He was being super extra today, wanted me to stop my workout to turn on the TV instead of him going back to sleep like a good little toddler. Ha ha😆 Which I did of course and then got right back to it! I double looped lots of the moves with a heavy and medium loop which made the glutes burn 10x more, 😰 it was tuff but when trying to get that booty right we gotta feel da burn 🔥 ha ha

Today’s leg day way brutal. 🔥 Pushed the fuck outta myself today.🙌🏼 Squatting 30’s and 20’s and then switching it up to 15’s for Buddha squats cause those are hella hard! It felt good to work hard....my mom juice was in full force today!! Ha, ha. As I was squatting to put town my weights towards the end I legit felt a small amount of vomit 🤮 come up and into my mouth as I raised up. 🤦🏻‍♀️ You know it was an intense workout when you vomit a little in ya mouth. 💁🏻‍♀️ 🤪. —I do not own rights to this music 🎶

Today was cardio day for me 💦💦 I got busy with work and didn’t get started on my workout till about 3 in the afternoon and by that time I was dreading my cardio flow workout. So to shake thangs up and make it fun I switched it up for a little MMA Shred. 🥊🥊 Killer 30 min. workout, thanks to my virtual gym I can switch up my workout and trainer by the click of a button.💁🏻‍♀️Gonna Be feeling it tomorrow.

When I started the 80 days of a new workout routine and nutrition plan I really needed it to work. I was tired of yo-yoing and had enough. It has been hard for me since I had my fourth child 2 years ago. But with starting something new and challenging I was willing to give it a shot and trust the process. My 80 Day journey has not been perfect but has been a great jump start for me. ❤️❤️ I have already started getting gals ready for my May group🙌🏼🙌🏼 and looking forward to following up with everyone that is ready to join! Ok so you can’t really tell but this is a #NSV for me! These scrub bottoms are fresh out the dryer and I’m literally SWIMMING in them!! Usually they are super tight after the dryer!!! Fun fact, the number on the scale HAS NOT BUDGED!!! But my clothes aren’t fitting?! 🤔 I friggin love it!!!! Hate how baggy my bottoms are but I’ll friggin take it!!! 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽

Wow, check out then VEINS! Ha ha yep veins not GAINS even thought my calf game is strong.🙌🏼 So I want to talk about something that I have never openly talked about before. My horrible ugly veins 😳 they have been a part of my body for quite some time time, I remember when I saw my first one pop up I had to been about 17? I don’t like them at all, they are big and green lol and they pop out. 😔 I have learned to embrace them cause they a part of who I am right now and I don’t want to go around hidden all the time. Yes they are there 💁🏻‍♀️ yes I know they look ugly asf 💁🏻‍♀️ they came hereditarily. I have gotten so use to them I get nervous at the thought of getting this looked at buuut once I become comfortable enough I will see a vein specialist. Today I worked my Arms, Abs and Ass. AAA is what we call it 💁🏻‍♀️. No music for ya today y’all, I was being super basic ha, ha. Living room workout with my toddler showing support 😜 (thank goodness for YouTube) I got out my 30’s cause I was feeling savage asf buuuut then soon realized I was way over my head 🤣🤣 so stuck with my 15’s. Y’all I don’t normally like to wear my glasses all the time but I have this funky eye inf and need it to clear up, so I can’t wear any contacts. Just Incase you are wondering if I just gotten blind😜, nope..been blind.😆

1st off. I LOVE MY HAIR! It has the X-Men rouge's feel to it 😍🤩☺. 2nd off... I'm pregnant with my 4th kiddo! Found yesterday. Happy, but sad, because I'm not were I wanted to be with my weight loss. But this pregnancy, I want to try and eat clean, and still exercise.
