At Plantxa, the restaurant founded by Chef Juan Arbelaez, to start, Purple egg with green beans, strawberries and Gomasio (a mixture of sea salt and sesame weeds). It was fresh, original and full of flavors. 😋

My grandfather used to drink #Campari when he’d play cards alfresco and would claim it was his key to beating summer heat. As a kid, I never understood that but as an adult I totally get it. And I’m *so* not alone as evidence by the crowd at this classic Milanese bar at 11:30am.
