Special Chicken Biryani - Biryani served with two pieces of Chicken and a Sweet Potato.
Like I mentioned yesterday, the Biryani from this place was really good. It's not up at the level of it's elder outlet, but it's definitely reaching there. Even without it, in it's own, this is a well cooked and delicious preparation.
The Chicken pieces too, were tender and flavourful. They were hefty and appropriate with the dish as well, with a lot of flesh and not just bones. The Potato was cooked separately and in a rush, which is noticeable since it's not as mushy and succulent as it should be but I can excuse that since that was a last minute call which we made.
Overall, the Biryani was pretty good. I've had better but they're constantly trying to bring their other outlet's touch to it so this is expected to get even better in time. I wish them luck and I hope I get to try this again in the future.
Chicken Tikka Kebab - Chicken seasoned with Yogurt and Tikka Masala Paste which is then grilled on a metal skewer and served along with Indian Salad.
This was pretty good, though not absolute perfection. Flavours were pretty much on point but the pieces could've been a little bit more tender. It wasn't bad but I've had more succulent Kebabs in my life, nevertheless an area it can improve.
The restaurant did acknowledge it and assured us that this will be fixed moving forward so if I get my hands on this in the future, I'll let you all know.
