Thank you very much @hijabfoodie - I remember having Tulang Merah at Golden Mile once and regretting it. Not because it wasn’t tasty, but because it was soo good and I was extremely conscious about my surrounding to enjoy the yummy mess infront of me. Since then, I only have tulang merah at the comfort of my home so I can dive right in.
A couple of months back, I came across Tashooka at Tash Tish Tosh. Boneless tulang merah with a soft runny egg served with breadsticks to soak up all the gravy. No, this isn’t one of those hipster re-creations where you pay a lot more for insta-worthy pics. This is the real deal. It was super shiok and good.

P.S. Tash Tish Tosh serves Toolang(Yes!! you can slurp the bone marrow) and it is highly recommended by Chef Bob, I just prefer this version solely because it is easier to eat without the mess. - #tashtishtosh #tulang #buffalowings
