Find your Balance 🌿. Trying to find stability in Warrior 3 is something we’ve been working on in classes this week. Think about grounding down through the standing leg (and big toe!) And find length by pressing the lifted heel towards the back of the room, strongly adducting both thighs towards each other like you are squeezing a block and extend through the fingertips. Breathe. And if you fall out, smile, laugh and maybe have another go ✨😜 .
