Yep, 0 miles.
Taper week is already insane enough with only 3 Monday, 4 today, and 2 Friday...but nope, my today is 0!
Wanted to get in a mixed cardio/strength workout yesterday but my hip is just screaming no to me.
Did some new and great runners yoga last night and feel better today, but still not great. So no run for today, and we will see about the workout.
This whole rest thing is extremely difficult for me. It is literally stresssing me out more than ANYTHING!!!!
AND now the WEATHER (which was previously forecasted to be perfect for running) is going to be FREEZING! So add to the stressors!
I DID find out flip flops TOTALLY go with fleece lined leggings! Especially when you can't wear heels and you are taping your foot everyday!
AND it did give me an excuse to buy calf sleeves and of course I had to add in a few Christmas gifts to get he minimum for Amazon prime same day delivery!
Also this cold weather and rest has brought on ALL the Christmas music and reorganization and cleaning!
I have completely reorganized and moved furniture in the office and kids playroom and decorated my house to be more festive and gotten long overdue pictures hung all over the place! Oh and check off the Christmas card order too🤷🏼♀️
People say running can actually be an expensive sport and that it stresses your body.
I am here to tell you that is absolutely WRONG! Not running causes me to stress spend alllll the money 😫
