Beef offal with celery Ingredients:
Beef offal, celery, ginger, garlic, dry red pepper, lemon peels, chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt, oil.
1) In a pressure cooker add beef offal, chilli powder, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt. Cover the lid, cook in high flame until the first sizzling. Reduce the heat to medium , cook for 40 mins.
2) Meanwhile heat a frying pan with oil, add red pepper, fry for a min, then add mashed garlic and ginger, fry till it becomes brown.
3) when 40 mins are up, release the pressure, transfer the meat in a frying pan, add lemon peels,chilli powder, pinch of salt and fry till it gets dried.
