Did you know that you can substitute any citrus oil in place of citrus peel or zest in a recipe? 1-2 drops is all it takes and it adds so much flavor!
Tonight l made a simple cranberry sauce using cranberries, pure cane sugar & water, then when l removed it from the heat, l added 2 drops of Tangerine oil. It looks, smells & tastes so good!
(Not all essential oils can be ingested. When l suggest using them internally, I’m only referring to dōTERRA oils).
